Here's what you'll need:
A small round clear candle holder.
Black Acrylic paint & A Paint brush.
A pencil & Pencil sharpener.
A sharp knife & A Cutting board.
A glue gun & Extra glue sticks.
A safe surface to put paint on and use the glue gun on.

TIPS: As explained in this video the Mini Cauldron can be used as a center peaces for your Halloween party and all you have to do is put a Candle OR battery powered candle in it so you get that glow without the danger of hot wax getting tipped over, you can also put candy in them and give them as gifts to your party guests.

WARRING: Always have adult supervision when young children are around sharp and hot objects.
