How could we not make Vidya Balan's favourite Chinese starter Gobi Manchurian with our classic, MSG-free Masterchow sauces?

Cut and soak some cauliflower in water and set it aside

-In a bowl, add some flour, cornstarch, salt, water, and

‪@MasterChow_in‬ chilli oil and mix well

-Add your soaked cauliflower in the mix and coat well heat some oil and deep fry the cauliflower

For gravy, sauté garlic, onions, and capsicum, add 2-3 tbsp of MasterChow chowmein sauce

-toss in the cauliflower

-In a separate bowl, add 2-3 tbsp of Masterchow Schezwan chutney and tomato ketchup

pour the mix on top of the cauliflower and toss well

serve hot and enjoy!
