Life Certificate to be updated from 1st Nov 2024.
Pensioners and family pensioners are permitted to submit their Life Certificate from 1st November 2024 till  30th november2024.

1) Go to your pension paying branch or any branch, ask the branch to update Life Certificate in HRMS, a queue will be generated and that queue has to be authorised by an officer. After authorisation in HRMS , the system will generate the acknowledgement. Get it and file it for your reference. Issues in this, if the officer does NOT  authorise, life certificate will not be updated. You can cross check in your HRMS pension slip the next day. If the maker and checker processes are successfully carried out, your pension slip should show, life certificate is valid up to 31.10.2025.

2) Another option brought out by the Bank to give a life certificate is through VIDEO CALL( identification through MY HRMS) to the pension paying branch , provided you should have already uploaded the photo in HRMS . Then only this option can be used.

Best to select Video Based LC
Submit Life Certificate
Touch it
Then
Touch in the next Screen
Start Video Recording

  You can touch it and proceed.

Before that clean your mobile camera.
Hold the mobile to capture your face Head to Elbow

Camera will run
Simple questions will appear on the screen.
Answer it by a little loud voice.
Then submit.
*After a successful submission you will receive a mail from HRMS.

3) A life certificate can be given through JEEVAN Pramaan an Aadhar based platform for biometric authentication.

Out of the above THREE options the FIRST and Second  will be more viable and authentic for all purposes.

PLEASE INSIST FOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EITHER MANUAL (OR) SYSTEM GENERATED and KEEP IT SAFE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

HRMS SITE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM 20TH TO THE LAST DATE OF THE MONTH .
