But there is a chapter in history when Nepal's reputation got severely tarnished in what would be known as the "SUDAN SCAM" and would becomes the biggest corruption scandal in Nepal Police history. A case of almost 30 crores for the purchase of Armored Personal Carriers(APC's), equipment and even food items. But What exactly happened? And who was behind it.
