Tristan Rice - Performance Specialist at Athletes' Performance demonstrates how they use the Curve manual treadmill to increase and improve running technique and maintain efficiency over the course of a particular endurance event. In part 2, Tristan places the athlete on the Curve to develop running technique. Utilizing the Curve's unique running surface, the athlete is able to improve their form with a taller and more efficient stride. The Curve does not allow for an exaggerated forward lean thus encouraging a more engaging position, engaging the core to become a quicker much more efficient runner. After developing technique on the Curve they take it back to the turf to demonstrate the improved technique.
