The unique UNAGED RUM you've all been waiting for! Rivers Grenadian Rum (Part 4 of 4)

I was so excited to try all four of the unaged rums that I picked up recently, but TBH I was most excited about trying Rivers Rum! Is it worth the hype? YES!

Rivers Royale Grenadian Rum
- 69% ABV
- $60
- Cane syrup boiled down from fresh pressed sugar cane juice (water-powered mill from 1840)
- Wild fermented in open-top concrete tanks for about 8 days
- 4-4.5% ABV wash
- Direct-fired double retort pot stills (they burn locally scavenged hardwood)
- 1800 L (475 gal) wash yields 77 L (20 gal) rum at 75% ABV
- Their bottler is a 10-gal Igloo cooler and they reuse bottles
