Crafted by award-winning producer Jose Herman Salazar, this newly validated Bourbon-Aji Varietal is exceptional.

This coffee combines the best attributes of Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Yirgacheffe.
It evokes the floral Earl Grey and bergamot notes typical of Geisha, the melon-like sweetness characteristic of Pink Bourbon, and finishes with the delicate tea rose notes reminiscent of Yirgacheffe.

It's incredibly sweet and floral, seemingly like have liquid sugar disguised as coffee.

Grind Size 14 on EK43 (point to 6 o’clock)
Water temperature 92-94°C (197-201°F)
