SOLIDWORKS Simulation Step-Up Series: Viewing Results Part 1

Описание к видео SOLIDWORKS Simulation Step-Up Series: Viewing Results Part 1

An important aspect of any simulation is to understand the performance of your product in terms of visual feedback as well as engineering data to back up the visual interpretation of results!
In this Simulation Step up series episode, you will learn and understand different ways to view results and get engineering data out of them. You will also learn some tips, tricks and pointers as to how to get more insight into the results and some dos and don’ts when it comes to results viewing.
A key think that you will learn is about some system level and default options that can be set upfront to reflect on results plots in any model and any analysis type. Various results types will be discussed and how to customize a results plot to make most sense out of the red and blue colors! Finally we will take a look at some result query options to get engineering data such a reaction forces and moments, connector forces, free body forces, contact / friction force Often, understanding the load transfer in a part or assembly is as important, if not more so, than just the stress and displacement distribution!
This presentation material should provide you with the sufficient knowledge of results capabilities in SOLIDWORKS Simulation and how to leverage the visual as well as numerical data feedback to make good design decisions.
