Delicious Outdoor Pizza Recipe on stove🍕

Homemade Pizza Recipe! 🍕

Pizza sauce:

Oil 3 tbsp
Onions 1 large
Garlic 1 full
Tomatoes 8
Tomato sauce 4-5 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp

add everything in a pot and cook it at a medium flame till tomatoes become soft …. add 2 green chillis blend a thick mixture with the help of hand blender or pour it in a blender jug make a thick paste now cook this mixture again till the oil separates and comes to the surface at this point add tomato sauce , salt , black pepper , oregano and thyme and cook it for 5 more minutes
Dough :

1-1/2 kg maeda
3 tsp yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Water

Chicken Marination:

Chicken Boneless 1 breast piece
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp finely chopped
Tikka masala 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp

To make pizza🍕

Dough
Pizza sauce
Prepared Chicken
Spinach leaves
Tomato sliced
Cheese ( cheddar & mozzarella or u can use any one of them )
Oregano

You can bake the pizza in a preheated oven for 25-30 mins
