Lost some time on both Chi Bi and Wu Zhang Plains stages as a sub13 is possible following PB times and controller also died for a moment there at the end.
Missing the proc on the Ice Orb always sucks so run can be improved with some better RNG.
Decent improvement from the regular run anyways.
