On a quest for the most nutritious bread I could eat I determined I'd have to make my own and bake it from scratch. I set out on a journey to learn how to grind my own wheat berries to make the most nutritious flour for baking. One more caveat was to learn to bake using a sourdough starter instead of store bought yeast. I thought I'd find lots of YouTube videos and recipes for what I wanted to do but there were very few that was doing both.

I invite you to join me as I experiment and create some "baked goods" and even some "baked bads". Even they are edible, not always in the form we had anticipated. I share the solutions to my problems and the source, so you can avoid the same pitfalls in the kitchen.
