I can't work due to the Mental Trauma Suffered at the Hands of Eric Paluk, Highline Hospital (Seattle), and the DOGSTAR microchip Video Surveillance Program. OBSERVATION SICK! I need help!

My name is Joshua Cassell and I am looking for legal advice or recommendations on pursuing a law suit against a group of people that have used powered antenna microchip video surveillance against me for almost fifteen years. The chip was redone in a Hospital and the physician who did it also prescribed me Desoxyn in a clinic in Burien, WA and in the Highline Hospital Trauma recovery room over Observation video surveillance technology (he never saw me in person) so there is a direct record of the Physician who did it if we look at the prescription records from the clinic or Highline hospital since it would have to be the same doctor (they usually don't prescribe Desoxyn, which is methamphetamines, for severely mentally traumatized patients or patients suffering "Delusions"). He did it because Tammy Heegel one of the people using the microchip technology on me told him that I was severely ADHD, which is the only evidence that a doctor who never saw me in person, used to justify writing a prescription of methamphetamines to a person recovering in the Crisis Clinic at Burien WA.

Please Help Me! It's rape every day and it hurts. It's cost me a lot of pain and suffering. A Borescope might prove this, but I'm not sure how to begin. There's also a government program in the works called Dogstar that seems to be a plot to use these powered antenna video surveillance Microchips on a large scale or something. President Trump and Paul Allen are both in on it. Please Help!
