सोडा,इनो,दही न वापरता पौष्टिक मुगाचा डोसा व चटणी Easy Moong Dal Dosa Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Idea
Ingredients:
1 cup Moong Dal (split green gram)
1/4 cup rice
1-2 green chili
1-inch ginger
Salt to taste
cumin 1 tsp
Water as needed
Oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. Soak the moong dal and rice for 4-5 hours or overnight.
2. Grind soaked moong dal, rice, green chili, and ginger into a smooth batter.
3. Add salt and water to adjust the consistency.
4. Heat a non-stick pan or iron pan and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it in a circular motion.
5. Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until crispy and golden.
6. Serve hot with chutney.

Make this delicious and spicy chutney to complement your मुगाचा दोसा (Moong Dal Dosa)! This chutney is packed with flavors from roasted dals, spices, and a tangy tamarind kick, finished off with a flavorful tadka.

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp chana dal

1 tbsp ginger
5-6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tamarind
10-15 dry red chilies
2-3 tbsp jaggery
Salt to taste
Water as needed

For Tadka:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
A few curry leaves
1 tsp urad dal

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and roast urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds until golden brown.
2. Add ginger, garlic, tamarind, and dry red chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Allow the mixture to cool, then blend it with jaggery, salt, and water to a smooth consistency. Adjust the thickness by adding more water if needed.
4. For the tadka, heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and urad dal. Sauté until mustard seeds splutter.
5. Pour the tadka over the chutney and mix well.
