When the tomatoes are coming in fast and furious in the fall and I don’t have time to fuss with them this saves me so much time!! This is a quick tip to show how I do this without skinning or taking out the seeds but still have a seedless powder to store on the pantry shelf. I’m using freeze-dried tomatoes we processed in our freeze drier. Tomato powder has so many uses and is easy to make. I’ve linked below our ketchup recipe using tomato powder.
