Making Soul with MIDI - Part 1

In this tutorial we are making our own 60s / 70s SOUL inspired instrumental using VST and MIDI tracks (and one audio loop for the drums). This is part 1 of a 2 part tutorial. In part 1, we focus on the instruments, notes, & plugins used to create the layers of this song. We also review some simple techniques we used to try and make this sound more "realistic" and like a live band was playing the instruments.
