• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp curry powder
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 12 pimento berries
• Potato, carrot, garlic, thyme, onion, ginger, scallion
• 1 scotch bonnet pepper
• Oil & water or beef stock
