This is the second Purple Punch by Barney's Farm plant that I have grown. I let this one mature longer than the last, but still not purple. I asked Barney's Farm about the color, and they told me that the purple in its name has more to do with it's genetics (Granddaddy Purple and San Fernando Valley OG), than it does the color of the plant itself. Regardless of the color, I enjoyed the smell, flavor and potency that this strain has to offer.
