Easy 4 ingredient donuts that taste just like the real thing! No deep frying or hassle required - bake these in the oven instead. Coated with cinnamon sugar or the classic glaze, dessert is definitely sorted for the next couple of days!

Recipe:
1 cup plain flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder (this is a key ingredient because it helps the donuts rise! Without it, your donuts will not be fluffy)
3/4 cup greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake at 350F for around 12-15 minutes, or until they are lightly browned! (This may require a longer cooking time)
Each oven is different so just keep an eye on them, and feel free to check the insides of the donuts to see if they are fully cooked.
