Hi Simmers! We have another Free Base Game Update for The Sims 4 which was released on 19th of August 2025! New Skin Details were added to the base game! We have also Pack Selection option in the main menu, more tweaks to Ailments, some performance updates and some more bug fixes! In this video I am going through patch notes and commenting on this update, demonstrating new skin details and showing you how to disable ailments! I am really excited that we have this base game update, because the new skin details add more variety to create your Sims in CAS and I am also glad for another option added to ailments, because you can basically turn them off!
