双双从去年（2019年）6月开始入坑攀岩，到现在已经满一年啦！虽然没成为什么高手，但是攀岩对我的改变超级大。它教会我了解自己的身体，更让我从去年充满焦躁负面情绪的状态中走出来，直面自己的胆怯，学会和自己共处，也学会打开自己害羞的一面，结交了很多新朋友。攀岩让我在我的“奔三”路上找回自己，变成了一个更阳光、自信、独立的女生。

Tommy Caldwell在他的书里写，没有比攀岩更纯粹的付出。没有什么事情能够纯粹得让你忘掉其它一切，单纯地想要完成一个目标，再完成下一个目标。我觉得最美妙的是，不管你是V0选手还是V10选手，我们在自己的攀岩旅程中都能领会到这一点。

在这个视频里，我记录下了我的每一点小小进步，以及我走过的7个国家10座城市的23家岩馆，还有给同在这个攀岩旅程中寻找自我的你的几个真诚的、不成熟的小建议！

It’s officially been a year since I started climbing last June! Climbing has changed my life drastically in the most positive way. It has taught me to understand my body better, and helped me become more brave and more mentally strong. It has helped me face my inner fear, learn to live with myself, and learn to open up and be social -- I’ve made so many new friends in the gym! Climbing made me find my true self in my late 20s and became a more confident and independent girl.

Tommy Caldwell wrote in his book that nothing is more a pure endeavor than climbing. Nothing can make you forget everything else and simply focus on completing one goal, and then completing the next goal. Nothing can stop you other than overcoming your own fear. I think the most wonderful thing is that whether you are a V0 climber or a V10 climber, you can totally resonate with this feeling on your own climbing journey.

In this video, I have some footages of the progresses I’ve made (mostly bouldering), and 23 climbing gyms in 7 countries that I have visited, as well as some of my reflections of my climbing journey. And a few tips for you if you’re just starting out!
