A Nun in Trouble Complete Quest | Indiana Jones and The Great Circle

Embark on an intriguing side quest in Vatican City, where Indiana Jones helps his new journalist contact, Gina, with a nun who has run into trouble while uncovering information about why the Vatican is so interested in him. This quest can be triggered near the end of your adventure while searching for the Stolen Cat Mummy.

Starting the Quest:

Meet Gina: After going through the Underworld below the Tower of Nicholas V and planning your excursion to the Fountain of Confession with Antonio, your Fieldwork will update that Gina wants to talk to you. Find her in the Sistine Chapel, located south of the Borgia Courtyards.

Learn About the Nun: Gina will inform you that her contact, a nun, was supposed to meet her at the Vatican Museum Wing with information about the college where Dr. Jones works. However, the museum wing is now off-limits, and Gina fears the worst.

Investigating the Museum Wing:

Head to the Museum Wing: Leave the Sistine Chapel and travel to the Museum Wing entrance, located on the other side of the restricted tents on the edge of Belvedere Square. If you have the Blackshirt Uniform Disguise, you can walk right through. Otherwise, find a narrow passage past some crates to squeeze through.

Navigate the Museum Wing: Once inside, head through the halls until you reach the large gardens. If you don't have a disguise, hug the wall to the left and find stairs up to a balcony overlooking the gardens. Climb onto the ledge around the upper building to bypass most of the garden and reach another set of stairs.

Searching for Clues:

Find the Stockroom: With Gina following you, lead the way into the next room and have her pick the lock. Head up the stairs and deal with the Blackshirts. Snap a photo of the Roman Murals along the floor before heading out the far door.

Investigate the Stockroom: Look for clues such as a bloody handprint, a piece of cloth from a fascist uniform, Gina's note, an identification card, and a Castello photograph. Gina will lockpick the far door, and you can continue searching.

Rescuing the Nun:

Go to the Top of Borgia Tower: Exit back onto Via di Belvedere and head to the Borgia Tower. Climb the scaffolding behind the large stage construction to reach the Apostolic Palace. Gina will open the door for you.

Ascend the Tower: Tangle with groups of Blackshirts and unlock doors as you go. At the top, find a Tower Card and a Cacio e Pepe Recipe. Use your whip to swing across a wooden beam and climb the scaffolding to an upper level.

Rescue the Nun: At the top of the final stairs, find the nun being interrogated. Defeat the fascist Bruiser and help untie the nun's legs. She'll provide intel about the Vatican spying on Dr. Jones and give you a key to a secret room.

Completing the Quest:

Unlock the Secret Room: Use the nun's key to unlock the door you passed a few floors down in the tower. This starts the Father and Son Mystery.

Finish the Quest: Gina will inform you about a new mystery available in the Sistine Chapel. Grab the Interrogation Document and photograph the skeletons in the secret room to complete the quest.
