1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2-3 Dried Red Chilis
8-10 Curry Leaves
Asafoetida
3-4 Tomatoes
Salt
1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
4-5 cups Water
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Fresh Coriander

2 cups Black Split Gram
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 pc Ginger
1-2 Green Chilis
1 tsp Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Rice Flour
