Preparing a tasty and healthy raspberry jam has never been easier with our seedless and sugar-free recipe. Savour it on your morning toast or oatmeal, or use it in all your sweet creations.

We made this jam using apple instead of artificial pectin. Because raspberries are little tart, we used erythritol to sweeten the jam. Check the ingredients and substitutions below.

◽ Raspberries 600g 1.3 lbs
◽ Water 120ml / 4 fl oz
◽ Apples 400g / 14 oz
◽ Erythritol 120g / 4 oz
