Startoon is a kids channel hosted by Francisco the Dog and Kim. Each week they share kids music videos, wacky kids crafts and challenges. While the Startoon Cartoon Contest is on, there will be a weekly update on how the competition is progressing. Francisco will highlight the cartoon characters all competing for their own show.
