Mom's cooking is the best, isn't it? ✨

I've been missing my mama's cooking slightly more this CNY, so today I'm sharing one of my favourite recipes from her, the #SourplumStewDuck! It's savoury, sweet, slightly tangy, tender, and rich in taste 🤤 For this dish, I'm cooking it with @philipshomelivingmy's electric pressure cooker, it works great! This all-in-one cooking system means you can slow cook, steam, saute and even bake using it 😮 My mom always cooks this for us especially during Chinese New Year but since my parents are in Africa, so, I was the one who prepared the dish for my family. Ingredients:
One whole duck
Ginger
Oil
Shallots
Garlic
Dried chilies
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sour plum sauce
Dark caramel
White pepper
A cup of water
1 tsp of salt
