Amigurumi balloon

You need about half an hour of your time to crochet a mini-balloon. It can be used in home decor, like a pin to your jacket or an addition to your amigurumi set.

What you need:
Yarn (I am using 100% cotton yarn from Alize Bella)
Hook (1.25 mm)
Scissors
Some stuffing to fill a balloon

Instructions:

Start with a magic ring (circle)

1st. round: 6 Single Crochet (SC) in a magic ring (6 stitches (ST))

Pull a short end of the yarn and close a magic ring

Close the first round with the slip stitch

2nd. round: 2SC in 1ST (increase), repeat 6 times, (12ST), Slip stitch
3rd round: 2SC in 1ST, 1SC in 1ST, repeat 6 times (18ST), Slip stitch
4th round: 18SC (18ST), Slip stitch
5th round: 2SC, 2SC in 1ST, repeat 6 times (24ST)
6-11 rounds (6 rounds): 24SC (24ST)
12th round: 1SC from 2 half-ST (Decrease), 2SC, repeat 6 times (18ST)
13th round: 18SC (18ST) Add stuffing
14th round: 1SC from 2 half-ST (Decrease), 1SC, repeat 6 times (12ST)
15th round: 12SC (12ST) Add more stuffing if needed
16th round: 1SC from 2 half-ST (Decrease), repeat 6 times (6ST)
17th round: 6SC (6ST)
18th round: 2SC in 1ST, repeat 6 times (12ST)

Slip stitch
Cut the yarn, hide the end inside.
