एका सामान्य शेतकरी कुटुंबातील आणि वडिल सातारा पोलिस दलात ( सध्या फलटण येथे डीवायएसपी कार्यालयात) कार्यरत असणाऱ्या पोलिस हेडकॉन्स्टेबल नानासो बापूराव धायगुडे यांची कन्या स्नेहल नानासो धायगुडे ( वय २१) हिने केंद्रीय लोकसेवा आयोग ( यूपीएससी) परिक्षेत देशात १०८ रँकिंगने आयएएस होण्याचा मान मिळवत जिल्हाधिकारी पदाला गवसणी घातली
खंडाळा तालुक्यातील पहिली महिला जिल्हाधिकारी होण्याचा मानही तीने मिळवला आहे.तीच्या या यशाने बोरी गावचीच नव्हे तर खंडाळा तालुक्याची मान उंचवीण्याची कामगिरी तीने केली आहे. तिच्या या यशाने संपूर्ण खंडाळा तालुका,संपूर्ण गाव,तीचे कुटुंबीय व नातेवाईक भारावून गेले आहेत.गेल्या तीन दिवसापासून तीच्यावर सर्व स्तरातून शुभेच्छांचा वर्षाव सुरू आहे. राजकीय, सामाजीक, शैक्षणिक,क्रिडा, सांस्कृतिक,पोलिस, प्रशासकीय, वैद्यकिय,विधी व न्याय,पत्रकार आदी विविध क्षेत्रातील मान्यवर तसेच विद्यार्थी,युवक,महिला आदींनी बोरी येथील निवासस्थानी जावून तीला भेटून तिचे अभिनंदन केले आहे.तीला पुढील वाटचालीत शुभेच्छा,सदिच्छा दिल्या आहेत.मोबाईल वरूनही अनेकांनी मोठ्या संख्येने तिला शुभेच्छा दिल्या आहेत.तीचा व वडिलांचा मोबाईल फोन अखंडपणे खणखणत आहे.
स्नेहल धायगुडे हिचे प्राथमिक व माध्यमिक शिक्षण साखरवाडी, लोणंद व माळेगाव येथे झाले.पुणे येथे बीएस्सी अॅग्री ही पदवी घेतल्यानंतर तीने स्पर्धा परिक्षेकडे लक्ष केंद्रीत केले. २०१८ मध्ये दिलेल्या लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या परिक्षेत पहिल्याच प्रयत्नात तिने हे यश मिळवले.
