A while back I was sent some grow bulbs to try out from Gemma, here are the initial 2 videos:

Well after a few months I can already see some changes in the leaf color and even growth! I have not changed anything in my routine otherwise, so maybe the full spectrum bulb did make a difference! We shall see in another few months!
