1 pound ground beef (80% lean is recommended for moisture)
1 egg, beaten
½ cup breadcrumbs (Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs for extra flavor)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
