GasAlert MicroClip X3 Calibration and Bump Test Guide

Today's video is on the GasAlert MicroClip X3. A 3 year warrantied detector from BW Technologies by Honeywell. Quick steps to calibrate this unit:

1. Turn unit on, wait for normal reading mode
2. Get your calibration gas and regulator and adapter ready
3. Press and hold the button. Wait for the countdown to finish and then count down again.
4. When the screen shows the sensor values and AUTO-ZERO is lit blinking, release the button
5. Wait for screen to say APPLY GAS, then attach the calibration adapter and open the cylinder valve
6. When the calibration shows the numbers indicating days left till next calibration (usually 180), you're done. Turn off the gas and disconnect the calibration adapter from the unit
7. Calibration complete!

Calibration gas used:
25ppm Hydrogen Sulfide
100ppm Carbon Monoxide
50% LEL Methane
18.0% Oxygen
Balance Nitrogen
