Honest Wolf - The Farming Couple Creating Sustainable Woollen Products | On Farm Story

Sam and Sophie Hurley are the third generation to farm at Papanui Estate, a sheep and beef farm near Hunterville, in the North Island of New Zealand.

Each year Papanui Estate produces vast amounts of wool, with the majority of it previously produced for carpet. The couple had for a while been thinking about finding new avenues for their wool, and a few years ago they saw an opportunity.

Today, Honest Wolf-branded products are being bought by people across the country and around the world.
