City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works sanitation workers in white hazardous materials suits, with the Clean Harbors Hazardous Waste Management team, clean-up at homeless encampments at Hampton Drive and 3rd Street in Venice on Thursday, Novembet 17, 2022. Los Angeles Police Officers were onsite during the cleanup. LAHSA (Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority) provided homeless outreach. Los Angeles Department of Transportation provided traffic control. A major cleanup was conducted on Hampton Drive and spot cleaning on Third Street. The Venice clean-ups are conducted weekly.
