Remember when you export the file, that you don't have to export it in 1080p since this resolution is too much for #Instagram these days. Their algorithm will simply resize it anyways to a smaller square video size. Probably to 640 pixels wide. Imagine how bad the compression will make your video look like.

This tutorial is of course for creators who don't have Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X in their hands. #iMovie is a great video editing software. It's limited tho, but still very powerful.
