Walking around was really good knowledge. I got to look at the area close up and from a distance. I walked passed lots of hostels, hotels and restaurants and bars. I was surprised at how many bars and restaurants they had for such a quiet place. It's also nice to see the distance between Laos and Thailand border is a stone throw away, but the people are different in their behavior and communication. Hope you enjoy the walk.
