semi-automatic bottle capping machine comes for a variety of caps like a screw, Ropp, lug, plug press, crown etc, the shown model is for Screw caps for Plastic bottles

the machine head is operated on a cam which makes it lower & upper, user need to just place the bottle with the cap on below the capping head, the head comes down and perform perfect capping & goes up, this is repeated at regular interval, users can opt for variable speed drive to control the speed of the machine

the head is specially developed according to the capsize & shape, for the mushroom type or any other odd cap shape we have special magnetic heads to avoid damaging caps while tightening, the capping head has a unique torque setting system that can be preset so the cap tightens only up to a pre-decided level and avoid damaging itself.

the special-purpose machines can be made with customized heads or to suit different caps in one machine, like long caps, conical caps, Ropp caps, wine bottle caps, plug press, caps, crown caps, lug or twist-off caps, mushroom caps, round caps, caps with lid etc.
