Soft, chewy and a little bit crunchy outside Condensed Milk Cookies filled with chocolate chips and a hint of sweetened condensed milk. No eggs and only eight ingredients. They are sweet but not too sweet at the same time.

Ingredients:
225g/ 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ tsp salt (if you use salted butter don’t use salt)
80g/ 4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can 395g)
270g/ 2 ¼ cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
150g dark/milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Bake in the oven 165C/330F foe about 15 min. Cool on the tray for 5 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
