A real pick me up when you need one and a great way of using up over-ripe bananas lurking in your fruit bowl.

We've based it on Milli Taylor's Instagram conquering Brown Butter Banana Bread recipe from 2020 - just made it bigger, used sherry instead of rum and cooked it as a traybake rather than in a loaf tin.
