But it depends on the the vehicle usage. If the car is used in a long drive and daily basis, it could reach 5,000 kms in just a month.

If you seldom use your car, then it will take more than 3 months to reach 5,000 kms. That's why some car owners prefer to use a fully synthetic oil to extend their PMS interval.

Some owners change their oil every 5,000 kms even though they are already using fully synthetic oil. I admit, I am one of them.
