This Boiler is Very High Tech. It monitors the Temperature Outside, it monitors itself. You Can Even Connect several of these Boilers Together and they will Network Together to balance the load evenly between the boilers. Very Cool, Very Efficient, Very Complex (for better or worse). Hot Water Runs off the Boiler the same as any other Heating Zone does. Radiant Heating in the Kitchen is the Same. I actually Prefer Less Efficient Simple and Stupid Boilers, But with the Cost of Fuel today, the benefits of this Efficient Condensing Boiler outweighs the complexity.

To Keep The Honeywell Thermostats from Losing Accuracy due to the Temperature of the Thick Plaster Walls, I removed them and re-Mounted them with a layer of thin Insulation between the Thermostat and the Wall. I even did it when it was mounted on Drywall.
I used:
MD Fiberglass Pipe Wrap # 04937 - 76"" x 1/2 x 25'
Thermostats are Much More Accurate since they now measure the ambient air, and not the Thick Plaster Walls that are usually Cooler or Warmer than the ambient temperature and throw off the thermostats.
