Scott Rose (R&C Management Group, LLC) recently conducted a risk assessment for crime-based activities at all district schools and buildings. The assessment included thorough walkthroughs at all district sites, where Mr. Rose evaluated a wide array of security-related aspects including parking lot lighting, perimeter fencing, classroom safety, staff badge access and more. His next step includes generating an audit report of findings and potential solutions to address risks as we consider changes to our security infrastructure and protocols. It’s expected that we will receive the report in October. We will keep our stakeholders updated throughout this review process, and we look forward to collaborating on school safety with families, staff, students and our community partners.
