Walking the Glamorgan Heritage Coast from Dunraven Bay Southerndown to Monknash Beach along the cliff tops. “Don’t Look Down”.

The return path passes the ruins of the medieval Monknash Grange and the village of Broughton.

Lost medieval graves, ruined mills and a Victorian Coastguard Rocket House. Finally reaching the ruins of Monknash Grange founded in 1130 by the monks of Neath Abbey.
