Few weeks ago I made a how-to video of boom re grip, showing all the steps of the job, however the gluing part was messy and not at all well done. Luckily I got another boom from a friend, to use for my new big sail, and as a return of the favor I decided to refresh his boom with a new grip, hence a chance to make the gluing right. Hope it helps.
