Rob Burgess got the job as Korda Developments' first-ever professional carp angling coach in 2018. Since his appointment, Rob has helped advance the carp angling abilities of thousands of people through his presence on day ticket waters such as Embryo’s Norton Disney and Farlow's.

He has also enjoyed participating in the carp match fishing scene, where he once won £30,000 with his angling partner, Marc Cavaciuti, in the Erics Carp Cup.

Recently, Rob fulfilled a personal ambition by landing an exclusive Colne Valley carp known as Blind Eye. This obsession of Rob’s lasted nearly twenty years before he eventually realizing his long-awaited ambition.
