Radha Raman wicks-How to make cotton wicks for aarti - Wicks at Radharaman & Radha Gopinath temple.

It’s of around 25 minutes….it starts with how they make wicks at Radharaman Temple then how wicks are made for Radha Gopinath ji ( some viewers who had seen my first video on Iskcon desire tree had asked me to go slow while teaching wicks so this video was made….) then there is a two minute class by H.G.Gauranga prabhu on Power of Blessings….which is followed by my wicks album.

Actually in past 21 years of this seva of making wicks for Radha Gopinath ji many devotees , H.H.
Radhanath Maharaj , Prabhupad’s disciples said so many things as word of appreciation to me when they saw me making wicks in temple hall so thought of making an album of all of those blessings - it was in hard copy like normal marriage album in A4 size photos….so it had its limitations while circulation ie; if i have to show it to some devotee i have to carry that heavy album to him….so to make things some what easy i made video of that album….so it can be easily passed to someone with whom i want to share it through social media anywhere in the world.

Also if possible can share it with other devotees - purpose is it may inspire devotees to serve other devotees and Lord.

So in your spare time can have a look.

Now some things from behind the scene :

While making this presentation ( this video of wicks at the end ) I had to make so many wicks….both patterns….arranged them in many different designs….took product photography all by myself no professional were involved all photos were clicked by me in temple itself….then writing of text on all pics then making it in to video then adding of background music - this was one of the toughest part which music should i use in background because most of the available devotional music is copyrighted on using which immediately there would have been a copyright strike on this video….so they were out of option….then thought of going to Vallabh sampraday because all of my childhood days i have been hearing Haveli Pustimargiya sangeet which is sung in all Pustimargiya haveli ( temples ) for the pleasure of the Lord….so took these three raaga’s from there - first is Raag Bhairav then Raag Dhanashri and third is Raag Maaru….sung by Shri Pandit Bhagawati prasad Gandhrva of Baroda Gujarat topper of his batch from Sayaji Rao vidhyalaya....hope you all will like this and also my only aim for making this video is so that if it inspires someone to serve Lord Krsna and his devotees then it will be great….

Also sometimes keep this fallen soul in your prayers so this service can be continued further for the pleasure of Lord and his devotees
