DINNER WITH 50
The Photography Industry is unarguably one of the biggest industries in Nigeria right now. The superb quality of work being churned out on a daily bases by contemporary Nigerian photographers and the massive influx of newcomers into the business are a testament to this.

Nigeria can currently boost of several hundreds of professional photographers who can hold their own anywhere in the world.

It is a fact that the photography industry in Nigeria has come a long way, which is in no small way owing to the developmental effort of several veterans and practitioners in the industry.

It is also true however that a lot still needs to be done to foster more development, collaboration, professionalism and unity in the industry.

What we think is missing is a platform where collaborative effort towards shaping the architectural landscape of photography in Nigerian can take place. Hence, the bringing together of veterans, living legends and the new school in an event titled Dinner with 50.

The event held on the 24th of August 2014 at Terra Kulture. Present were different categories of photographers from all over the country who all contributed passionately to the discussions.
