Talk’s Jeremy Kyle has political commentator Ben Harris-Quinney on, who blisteringly rebukes Ed Miliband's new tax on British gas and oil.

Jeremy is quick to point out that the tax only applies to British companies, and doesn't affect buying or selling of foreign supplies.

Ben responds, adding this method of tackling fossil fuel consumption is just 'offshoring the production of energy to places like Saudi Arabia' in a way that only negatively affects British jobs.

The pair discuss the heavily criticised issue of 20mph zones; an issue that is ‘enraging drivers’ up and down the country.
