Some say it’ll flood the trades.

Others say it’s the boost we’ve been begging for.

The comments said it all:

“We need fewer, not more people”

“Gen Z is lining up for HVAC apprenticeships”

“This is finally the recognition we deserve”

Here’s my view 👇

We’re not overcrowding the trades.

We’re correcting a generational lie that college is the only way forward.

Let’s make work with your hands a first-choice path again.
