I don't know if this would qualify as a FAIL meal but it certainly seems so! It took so long to make and then it turned out disappointing. I sometimes mix up recipes to experiment a little and this time it didn't work out. The combination of the chiles wasn't as good and the tortilla wraps were not strong enough for such a dish. But as I ran out of corn tortillas I didn't have much of a choice. Anyway! it is what it is! Failures is how we learn, right?
