1. Raw Peanuts - 250 gm
2. Gram flour ( Besan ) - 6 tbsp ( or as required )
3. Crushed garlic - 1 /2 tbsp ( or 4-5 cloves only )
4. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1½ tbsp
5. Garam masala - 1 tbsp
7. Chat masala - 1 tbsp
8. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
9. Salt to taste
10. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp or a pinch
11. Oil to fry
