Making a replacement serial controller for the Wersi Comet lower manual

In my last video I unfortunately found out that there is a rare component that has gone defective in the lower manual of this Wersi Comet organ. In this video I find out how it is supposed to work and I successfully craft a replacement out of standard household items..... well, they are standard in my household :-)

The song I play during the craft part of the video is "I wanna wake up with you" that I play on my Elka X-1000 organ. It was a big hit for Boris Gardiner (that name always made me giggle as a teenager as it means 'curtains' in Danish) in 1986, but I have recently found out that it was originally recorded as a country song by the singer Mac Davis. Later I play a not-good-enough-for-the-content-match-algorithm version of Chubby Checker's 'Let's twist again' on the now completely functional keyboards.
